We’re so excited you’re joining us on Surrender to Spain. This booking form provides us with all the details we require to book all the elements of this experience. To secure your place, please complete the Booking Form below and pay your non-refundable 30% deposit (emailed on receipt of your booking form). Once we receive your booking form and your deposit, your position will be confirmed.
Important Information
A minimum of 10 guests is required for this tour, Surrender to Spain, to depart. The maximum number of guests is 13. If minimum numbers are not reached, we will discuss this with you well before departure to finalise how to proceed i.e. re-quote with less participants or cancel the departure. If we cancel the departure the tour deposit will be refunded.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking on Surrender to Spain. A progress payment of 30% is due on 1 December 2025. The Final Payment of 40% is due on 1 March 2026. Should you book after 1 January, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will secure your spot on the trip, with the final 50% due on 1 March. Bookings will close on 28 February 2026. Should you wish to pay in instalments we are happy to help with this. Please ask us about this in the ‘Message’ field in the Booking Form.
Deposit is by a payment link to secure your spot. Payment is by bank transfer or through your Wise account (if you have one). Payment via credit card is possible, but a little more convoluted – please ask if you would like to pay via credit card.
Please refer to our Group Travel terms and conditions for our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time you pay a deposit. It is a condition of joining Biznaga that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance.
